	2.1 Portable Restroom Reliable Septic is a local Salmon Arm company that provides rental and servicing of portable toilets for our jobsites during construction.
	2.2 Construction Disposal Fees Winkler Disposal Systems of Salmon Arm provides Construction disposal bins.
	2.3 Project Management Project Management includes the Scheduling of all Workers, Purchasing, Delivery of Building Materials and Inspections.
	2.4 Travel Mileage The Province of British Columbia labour standards requires employees be paid for travel time. Vehicle mileage is billed for travel to jobsites outside city limits. Wood Creek company vehicles are used to transport employees, tools and building materials.
	2.5 Utilities Hookup Fees The project budget will include the Service fees for utility connections/disconnections. Depending on the project, these may include Natural Gas, Electricity, Water, Sewer and Telecommunications. – BC Hydro Connections – Fortis BC – Telus Phone, TV & Internet – Shaw Rogers Phone, TV & Internet
	2.8 Site Cleanup Site cleanup includes the labour charges for cleaning buildings, washing windows and clean-up of construction waste from jobsites. Reflective Window Cleaning
	2.9 Temporary Power & Heat Service charges for temporary Heat and Electricity during construction.
	2.10 Generator Rental Rental charges for gas powered generators used to provide electricity during construction.
